Arrived!

Yesterday we arrived in France! It took us a long time to get to Strasbourg we had to take a plane from wilmington to charlotte and then from charlotte to frankfurt, germany. When we got out of customs a few of the french hosts were  waiting for us as a surprise. after that we had to get on a bus to strasbourg.  The bus ride was fun and we were all singing and laughing together. We finally got to Strasbourg and the rest of the host familys were there waiting. I met Clara and her family. We went back to her house which is in the city. She showed me her house and pictures of when she came to wilmington. We soon after walked to a resturant and met some of her friends. Sacha and Kate also met us there. We got these pastries that had chocolate in the middle,then we went back to Clara`s house. I soon went to bed and slept until 12 this afternoon. Today Kate, Sacha, and are going to go ice skating.

LEAVING!

Today is the day! We are meeting at the airport at 4pm. I'm so excited. The days have been passing by slower and slower everyday andnow the minutes drag by. Today at school was sad when I had to say bye to everyone but and the same time i'm more excited than i ever have been!
